These cold days

Hey everyone!

As you might have noticed it’s getting colder, and I’m literally freezing my butt off, because I only wear t-shirt and thin blouses 🙂

So, I went to the Saint Tropez shop, and bought some of these lovely and warm sweaters, cardigans and scarfs.

I hate these cold and rainy days in Denmark, but when you can get such amazing and pretty sweaters as these, it makes the cold weather a bit better ❤

Another thing!
I’m trying not to eat so much sugar, and I got a lovely recipe from a friend it’s called “raw brownie cake”. I really love it! There is no sugar, butter or anything directly unhealthy in it. I love is so much, that I’ve become addicted to it 🙂

Here is the recipe:
600 grams of dates
2 dl almonds
1 1/2 dl coconut oil
1 1/2 dl coco powder (dark)
Desiccated coconut

Blend the almonds finely chopped and put it in a bowl.
Take the kernel out of the dates, and blend it with the coconut oil.
Mix the three things in the bowl and finely put the coco powder in, and mix it.
put it into the fridge for an hour and then take it out.
Roll the paste to small balls and turn it in desiccated coconut, or make it as a brownie. Just put it in a cake tin, and into the fridge.
Then they are ready to eat. Enjoy ❤

Enjoy your weekend ❤
