Happy friday everyone! I´m so glad it´s finally weekend. Thats why i wanted to share these amazing Chocolate licorice cupcakes. There very easy and so yummy! You should defiantly try them.
What you need for the chocolate cupcakes:
100 g flour
20 g unsweetened cocoa
140 g sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
a little salt
40g soft butter
1.2 cups low-fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
50 g chopped dark chocolate 70%
What you need for the frosting:
6 egg whites
240 g sugar
270g butter, diced
4 tablespoons licorice syrup
2 tablespoons licorice powder
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Beat butter, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt with a mikser, until all ingredients are mixed together.
Whip the milk, eggs and vanilla sugar together in another bowl and mix the two bowls content together. Beat it until a smooth consistency is reached. Turn the chopped chocolate in the dough.
Put paper cases in a metal muffin form and fill the molds 2/3 up the side. Bake 20-25 minutes and let cupcakes cool before freezing no lubricated.
Egg whites executed in a clean bowl and gradually add the sugar and heated over a water bath with constant whipping until the sugar has melted
Remove from the heat and whip until stiff. The butter, add a cube at a time until incorporated. After the butter has come in, come butter cream at a time to look gritty, like scrambled eggs, but there just whipped forward until it becomes smooth again. Last, add licorice and put it on the cupcakes.
